Causing pollution or making a discharge without a permit is against the law with a maximum fine of $50,000 and/or 6 months imprisonment

JUST A FEW QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Q: Do you need to use water from my property?
A: No, we supply our own water that is located on the back of our vehicles.

Q: Does the dirty bin water get poured on my grass during cleaning?
A: No, We take the water away with us. We leave no mess on your property.

Q: Do you use any harmful chemicals to clean the bins?
A: No, we want to ensure we look after our environment, to clean the bins we use a ph neutral, organic multi-enzyme formula that is 100% Biodegradable that leaves your bins clean from bacteria . We then apply a floral fragrance that leaves your bins smelling fresh.

Q:Do you bring the bins back up to my property once they have been cleaned?
A: At the moment we don't, once we have enough interest we will be offering this service to our customers for a small service fee.

Q: How much is it to get my bin cleaned?
A: Bins start from as little as $9 per bin for recurring customers on a 2 week schedule. (Campbelltown, Wollondilly and Camden)
A: We can do all 3 bins fortnightly in Camden locations.

Q: Why is the schedule every 2 or 4 weeks?
A: Because of council collection days, this allows us to clean all 3 bins on your property. This lets customers know when we will be cleaning the bins.

Q: What areas do you currently service?
A: We c;lean across Wollondilly, Camden, Campbelltown and some Liverpool areas.

Q: Do you offer one off cleans?
A: Yes we do, first cleans can take up to 30 minutes to complete depending on how dirty the bins are. Because of this we do charge $21 per bin.

Q: Who cleans the bins?
A: We have strict guidelines on who cleans your bins, our employees are professionally trained and on file..

Q: How do i pay?
A: Cash, Card and Online payments.  Our preferred option is Online payments and only some customers are eligible for cash payments. The reason why we prefer online payments is to ensure our services can continue to be affordable for every customer.  

Q: What happens if i move and i have paid in advance?
A: We will check availability of your new address and ask for the final date you wish to have your bins cleaned and when you would like to start the cleaning of the bins at your new address. We are able to put your account on hold until you are ready to start our service up again.

Q: What happens if my bins have been brought in and  are not visible anymore?
A:   We request that your bins are accessible  prior to cleaning. If your bins are not accessible (e.g behind gate with dog.)   we will not clean your bins due to safety of our employees. Due to traveling expenses any scheduled clean not cancelled 24 hours prior will incur a fee at our discretion of $5

Q: What happens if my bins did not get cleaned.
A: We will be there to clean your bins rain, hail or shine only when there is only a few event thats will stop us from cleaning a bin ( Flooding, Bush Fires, Council not collecting the bins.) But you will be notified by phone or email in such a event and we will simple reschedule.

Q: Do you clean bins over public holidays?
A: On request we will, for a extra fee due to pay rates a public holiday. Excluding Christmas.
